Description
Strong hands-on experience in UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (Time, Attendance, and Scheduling).
Responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG HCM and Workforce Management solutions.
Deep expertise in timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, leave management, and payroll integrations.
Ability to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and configure UKG modules accordingly.
Experience integrating UKG with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
Skilled in Advanced Scheduler, Data Hub, API integrations, and WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance rules, and workforce policies within HR operations.
Provide SME guidance, system audits, testing, and user training to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams for solution design and issue resolution.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions certification preferred.
